Here are some of my key learnings, enriched with real-life examples and insights from world-renowned thinkers:

Be Disciplined

Discipline is fundamental to building a successful career. Small habits, like arriving 10 minutes early and leaving 10 minutes late, demonstrate commitment and reliability. These actions, though seemingly minor, establish you as dependable and professional in the eyes of your peers and leaders. Consistency in showing up, meeting deadlines, and delivering quality work builds a strong foundation for trust and respect in the workplace.

Developing these skills is as important as honing your design expertise.

Having a mentor can accelerate your growth by providing guidance, feedback, and perspective. Surrounding yourself with motivated and supportive colleagues creates an environment where you feel encouraged to excel.
